Parks Maintenance was established in 1952 and has been successfully growing ever since. At that time, our primary employer was Cunningham Drug Stores, and our main focus was old fashioned soda fountain dispensers(pop) along with other plumbing and building maintenance. We have over 60 years of business experience. In 1976 we partnered with several manufacturers, including American Metal Ware, Bunnomatic, Cornelius, Cecilware, and Lancer, to obtain distributorships for their commercial restaurant equipment.

We are now a 3rd generation company and have expanded our business to handle sales and service of all types of commercial restaurant equipment. With a specialty in beverage equipment, we currently service thousands of companies throughout Michigan and are an authorized warranty, service, and parts distributor for over 30 major manufacturers.
